About This Position

We are seeking a designer who can create designs for our website and e-commerce store for sales promotion of our salon brand “MIYABI” and home-use beauty device brand “2”.

＜Specific descriptions＞
・Design and production of the company’s website and e-commerce store

・Advertisement design and production

・Website updates and layout adjustments

・Design and implementation of promotional campaign pages.

※No coding skills are required.

Requirements

・UX/UI design experience (3-5 years)

・Experience and skills in any of the following

-Experience establishing and improving e-commerce websites and online stores

-Ability to direct projects 

-Knowledge and experience with SEO and SEM 　

-Knowledge of basic web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.

Salary
Flex-time System

Monthly salary: To be determined according to our company’s regulations, ensuring a fair and respectful approach based on experience/ability.

In addition to the basic salary, there will be a fixed overtime compensation (for 30 hours), and overtime work above the fixed overtime hours will be paid separately in one-minute increments.

・Planning and preparation for product presentations, planning and organizing exhibitions, etc. 

Required

・Driving license (Automatic only OK)

・Experience in sales in the field of beauty and cosmetics (about three years)

Preferred requirements

・Have good communication ability and be able to build interpersonal relationships positively.

・Have English, Chinese, or other language skills
